I am a participating, in-network provider with the following health insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Aetna Student Health
• AmeriHealth (effective June 1, 2024)
• Independence Blue Cross (IBX) (effective June 1, 2024)

I am not a participating provider with Medicare plans, including those administered by Aetna and IBX.

If you are insured by an insurance company for which I am in-network, then you will be responsible for paying the deductible and co-pay amounts as specified by your insurance policy.
