New Client Portal

We’re making the switch from Doxy to SimplePractice. I’m grateful for your patience as together we adapt to the new Client Portal. Please use the new portal to:

  • Meet for Telehealth appointments
  • Reschedule an appointment
  • Handle insurance and billing
  • Adjust text, email, and voice notification settings
  • Send me a secure message (best way to reach me).

Doxy made all the difference in 2020, when everyone had to make a quick switch to Telehealth. 

Today, I’m phasing Doxy out, along with multiple other tools, in favor of a more comprehensive system that integrates previously separate processes that haven’t changed much in the eighteen years since starting in private practice.

The goal is to adapt contemporary technology to modernize my practice. I’m hoping it results in increased usefulness and efficiency for everyone.
